Leiko Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Leiko mobile app and related services.
1. The service
Leiko is a business assistant for solo entrepreneurs. It drafts messages, organises email, receipts, invoices, tasks and calendar items. Leiko drafts; you approve anything that leaves the system.
2. Account
You must be 16 or older and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the account and for the business data you store in it.
3. Subscriptions (iOS)
Paid digital features on iOS are sold as auto-renewable App Store subscriptions.

Prices are shown in the app in your App Store currency before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Unused portions of a free trial, if offered, are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Restore Purchases is available in the app. If you subscribed on the website with Stripe, those entitlements remain available when you sign in; new iOS purchases use In-App Purchase.
4. Third-party AI
When you allow it in the app, Leiko's servers send relevant content to Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), OpenAI, and Google Cloud Vision so the assistant can reply, summarize and extract bookkeeping fields. Details are in the Privacy Policy. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy & security.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Leiko to break the law, to process data you are not allowed to process, or to attempt to abuse the service. We may suspend an account that does. See also the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Data
See the Privacy Policy. You can request account deletion in the app (Settings → Privacy & security).
7. Liability
Leiko is provided as a drafting and organising tool. You remain responsible for invoices, emails and bookkeeping you send or file. To the extent permitted by Finnish law, Leiko AI Oy is not liable for indirect loss.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL. These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Courts of Helsinki have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
